Children's Ministry & Nursery available during 9:00am service only If your children will be joining us for children's ministry classes, please review the following acknowledgement: First, let us say how grateful we are to worship with you and your family soon! We are glad to share our revised safety measures. Our desire is to offer you and your children an appealing and enjoyable experience in our children’s ministry while also maintaining the standards that will best ensure your child’s safety. Please carefully read through the guidelines below and then check the box to acknowledge your agreement with our guidelines. Only individuals going to a children’s class will be permitted to the children’s area (beyond the designated drop-off and pick-up area). For most classes, this is immediately outside of each classroom. The nursery has a drop off area immediately inside the room but separate from the play area. Prior to entering the children’s ministry area, each child’s temperature will be taken with a touch free thermometer before they enter the class. To enter their class, they must be free from any COVID-19 symptoms. If during the class time symptoms appear, I will be immediately contacted and will need to pick my child up. My child will need to be symptom free without any medications for 72 hours before returning to the facility. Children over three years old or older will need to wear a mask at all times while in the children’s area. All children will need to wash their hands using proper handwashing techniques. As a parent whose children are participating in the children’s ministry at CCC I will commit to observe all CDC recommendations, as well as state and local restrictions and recommendations regarding reducing my family’s risk for exposure including wearing a mask in all indoor public areas where required and when social distancing is unavoidable. If my child is in school, my child will adhere to the current practices enforced by their school. We will limit our social gathering to families practicing recommended safety measures. Regarding outdoor recreation activities, we will maintain appropriate social distancing. I will immediately notify CCC leadership if I become aware of any person with whom my child or I have had contact exhibits any COVID-19 symptoms, is advised to self-isolate, quarantine, or has tested positive, or is presumed positive for COVID-19. I recognize that while in the children's area, my child will be in contact with many others at risk of community exposure. I understand that no list of guidelines will completely remove the risk of exposure to any illness. Therefore, we all play a crucial role in reducing the risk of exposure by following the practices outlined here. I understand my child’s participation in classes at CCC is dependent on compliance with these protocols. I have read, understand, and agree to comply with these guidelines.
