Presented by: Biome Slowcraft, Starlite, and Emergence Join us for Disco Picnic at Story Mansion Park! Just imagine... a super rad dance party / park potluck pop-up... it'll be awesome. Note: We expect this event to sell out all 105 headphones, so get your ticket(s) soon! Overview: Participants will receive silent disco headphones upon arrival. We'll set up our picnic pads and enjoy an optional movement warmup led by Chelsea and Nico. There will be three music channels to toggle between at any given point during our time together (including a live DJ). What you tune into, how you explore the park, the way you interact with others, is entirely up to you. The headphones have a range of 500 yards, so there's plenty of space to find the vibe that serves you. Music: > Red channel = DANCE (Live tunes by The Merchant). House, tribal, trance, and other energizing genres > Blue channel = REQUESTS. All over the map... all the crowd favorites > Green channel = REFLECT. Ambient, nature-scape, meditative, chill What to Bring: Participants are highly encouraged to bring a few things - The experience will reflect what we all make of the invitation to share and celebrate life together. Consider the following... Food - Drinks (alcohol is permitted) - Picnic accoutrement - Park toys - Art supplies - Crafts You are not in any way required to bring, share, or give anything at Disco Picnics. We simply encourage participants to follow their heart and honor any creative/generous inspirations. What to Wear: There is no particular theme at Disco Picnic, however you are invited to dress-to-express. Think color pops, funky styles, homemade, comfy, etc. Be sure to wear something that's easy to move in and that you don't mind getting a grass stain on... Kids at Disco Picnic... They are super welcome! That said, kids 9 y/o or younger will not be eligible for their own headphones. These are expensive units that should only be shared with youngsters under adult supervision. If you have a kiddo age 10+, please buy them their own ticket, as we only have 105 headphones and will be selling 105 tickets to manage inventory. What about weather? Yes, it's Montana, anything could happen. Check out the forecast and please dress appropriately. We'll hold the event in any weather other than moderate+ rain (for the sake of the electronics). In the event that we cancel Disco Picnic due to weather, you'll receive a full refund.
