Young frontman needed

Need a younger frontman to sing/rhythm guitar and some leads. Younger means 18 to 35ish. Just don't want gramps fronting a working bar band. We have bass drums keys and lead guitar. We do sing backup and I sing one or two and the lead player sings several as well. So you won't have to sing everything. Just like 65%. We do classic rock blues and country. If you can sing Motown or RnB we can do those too. We are super layed back with no drama, so if that's not you, don't respond. We are and have been a working band, need to know alternative chord voicings we don't want just open chord playing, don't have to be a monster guitarist, just open to learning and not fight suggestions.
