Our youngest environmental stewards will have a chance to use natural materials collected from our wildlife and rain garden to create shelters for fairies and other small creatures out of pumpkins. Designed to foster a foundation of service, an appreciation for being outdoors, and a sense of wonder for the natural world, Cobb County's Fairy Habitat Helpers is a youth service project that helps ensure all creatures have a healthy and secure home place. Pumpkins will be taken home to provide habit for the creatures at your home.
Workshop will take place in the Wildlife & Rain Garden located at 662 South Cobb Drive, Marietta.
Covid-19 Precautions:
Equipment will be sanitized between all events and during events as needed.Increased hygiene and hand washing prior to and during events.
