The book comes out 09.06.22. To celebrate, join me for the Tucson launch party at Casa Video Friday 09.09.22 at 9pm. Before that, for the intrepid few, I'll be doing a small, weird popup reading in the Arroyo Chico storm sewer (weather permitting) at 8pm. Come to one! Come to both! Casa will show Predator, and will have books for sale, as well as TACTICAL CHAPSTICKS and some of the limited edition VHS book slipcovers. Both of these events are free, but it's useful to know how many are coming, especially to the popup reading. No RSVP is technically necessary for either, but the storm sewer will have limited space. It isn't hard to get to, but you'll have to navigate a dry riverbed with sand and rocks to do it. There's only room for maybe 30 in that space. To get specific directions about where to park and where to go, RSVP. And if you haven't ordered your book yet, you can buy one at the Casa event—or from Antigone Books. (One of the tickets is to reserve a signed copy with one of the ltd ed slipcases, even if you can't make the event.) One more note: We'll also be screening Predator on the big screen at The Loft on 10.05.22, so if you haven't seen it, or have never seen it on the big screen, that will be your best chance to bask in its many glories on a maximal scale.
