Format: Hatha Yoga.
This is a traditional yoga class for all levels. 
Membership & Cost: FREE! REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED due to COVID. 
What to bring: Yoga Mat if you have one. Kids: Youth ages 6 and up are welcomed to join the class as long as they can remain quiet the entire hour.
