Description

This black and white husky appeared around 8/24/2022 and has been roaming my neighborhood, it had left for a few days and has come back. At first I thought it was a neighbors dog and posted on pawboost and nexdoor but now I think someone may have dumped it as none of my neighbors seem to know the dog. I have been feeding and giving it water since it came back. I have called the animal shelter and they said they will come down and see if they can get her when they have a chance and since it's not a priority call that they don't know when that will be. I want to try and see if I can take it to the shelter myself and get it scanned for a chip but every time I go near her she runs from me so I don't know how likely it will be for me to grab her. I don't really know what to do at this point I'm just hoping someone recognizes her and that hopefully she wasn't dumped and I also don't want to see her get hit by a car as we live close by to a busy street.
