Hello all, something absolutely devastating has happened. On Friday The Animal Foundation adopted out about 40 birds that they had no right to do so! These birds were wrongfully confiscated, due to false allegations, that have since been cleared. The rightful owner had been in contact with The Animal Foundation several times over this past week to make arrangements to get them back. The Animal Foundation promised they would be returned. They lied and adopted them all out instead! If you or someone you know adopted a GREEN CHEEK CONURE or BUDGIE, American and English at The Animal Foundations Friday adoption day, PLEASE PLEASE contact me. I have pics and band numbers of these birds to ensure they are in fact the birds that were adopted out. The owner is completely devastated to have lost their flock in this way with almost no recourse. Will you help? This could happen to any one of us, and it needs to stop, and the birds need to be returned to their owner.
