Press release from the Mobile County Government: August 26, 2022 MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. – Mobile County Administrator Glenn L. Hodge has received the designation of Certified County Administrator from the Association of County Commissions of Alabama (ACCA) at its 2022 Annual Convention. In addition to the 48-hour Basic Course and the 60-hour Certificate in County Administration, Hodge completed seven additional courses and received a resolution of support for his certification from the Mobile County Commission.
