Van Nuys Vicinity of Van Nuys Blvd and Vanowen St. I was at a Starbucks just north of Vanowen on Van Nuys Blvd and I was in a handicapped scooter with my dog. The last place I had my cards out of my pocket was inside of Starbucks at around noon on Sunday, Aug. 28th. I left Starbucks and scootered home via the east side of Van Nuys Blvd. I then traveled east on Vanowen St. If anyone has seen a bundled set of cards (vaccination record, drivers' license, credit cards, insurance card, no cash!!)
