need help!

Description

We rent a upstairs apt in an old farmhouse. It has mold that seems to be in the water or pipes and in the bathroom vanity and kitchen long bar and behind the tub/shower. Also it has bad bacteria in the water and the carpet smells bad. I have tried to shampoo it and nothing works. I have a 1 year old and I need to find the supplies to get this all fixed. I will purchase anything anyone has that willing to help. The landlord isn’t willing to fix it but if we can find the material he said he would allow us to fix it.
