Looking to find 2-3 helpers for the near future. Could be as little as one day a week, once every 2 or 3 weeks, or a couple times a week or by the job. Can be from a couple hours a day and not usually more than 5 or 6 hours a day. I have done tile, painting, drywall, a few hardwood refinishes. Last couple summers I have cut between 5 to 10 lawns a week and done some tree/bush trimming. This fall I want to get into outside cleanups, and anything else I will get into like demo, clean ups, clean outs, small cement repair/grinding, and other carpentry work. I am 54 years old so it would help to find 2 to 3 good helpers, that can rotate on jobs if needed, to make sure I would have someone on a moments notice, where one guy cant make it and another can. Can be male or female. Dont have to have experience I can train if necessary. Money can be discussed and I usually can pay $12 minimum and some jobs would be more, 15 an hour or more. cash paid daily As im slowly picking up work, the hours could be very limited, but a lot of times I passed on work when I didnt feel like taking it on usually if it was a big job. With the right helpers I will take on more. Some jobs I do on my own, but since I dont like to work long hours, a helper would let me get jobs done that need to be done faster. We will have to meet up and discuss it and see if we have the same work personalties. Im easy to work with because the bottom line is getting the work done. I work consistantly, not like a chicken with its head cut off, usually work 2 or 3 hours straight then need a break. then maybe 2 or 3 more hours and call it a day. I know how to get the most out of a worker, first off I dont saddle them down with stress, and let them take breaks that maximizes their energy and attitude. If you need a couple half hour breaks or an hour break, just write it down and take it off the hours for the day. The first 2 or 3 hours I am usually focused on the job and work steady, maybe I wont be talking much in those first hours because I want to get the job done and go home. the first couple hours are when I want helpers to work consistant. I like to have a radio once in awhile, and you can use one too as long as it isnt loud where I cant hear mine Would be a plus if you can do electrical or plumbing since i need some done on my house. I can use people with little experience or even no experience because most stuff is easy to teach. There will be a good amount of people replying, so anyone that wants work must remember that there will be some amount of good helpers to choose from. I know there are many good helpers, that need work, and have good attitudes and willing to work for a decent wage and not expecting top dollar. I am not cheap but my jobs I dont make big money, I am just a regular guy trying to keep busy with little jobs. BUt, in the next half year Im hoping to get busier and get into somewhat bigger jobs. Just like many people I live month to month and need to pay bills. So I understand anyone struggling, as Id rather get someone that is struggling and ready for a potential good part time gig. And I dont know much, but what I do know I will teach and you can learn a good amount in a short time. And this experience you can get into your own work too. Likewise, if you find jobs you need help on, I have the tools. In this field,I cant have people who are on drugs. working with customers is important not to look like my business or workers are instable. To be considered, leave as much info about the top 2 or 3 skills or work you like to do, your area you live so I know how far you are or may be helpful to me in jobs that are near you. Your age and any other info you think is helpful, like a truck that could be used for things like 4 x 8 sheets, do you like to bring your own tools, etc. Without any of this info I cant really reply.
