I am looking for a man or woman self motivated and honest, wanting to make good money taking care of foreclosed homes. You will be doing the following. Lock changes, winterizations, boarding windows, there is installing windows, and doors sometimes. Grass cuts, shrub trimming, trimming limbs away from the roof, cleaning roofs, tarping roofs. Vine removal. Remove interior and exterior debris. I need someone I can trust to get the jobs completed on time with no delays or excuses. I have a good relationship with the banks you will be working for. Be your own boss, create your own time as long as you are able to get the work that I give you to complete. This is the most and is very important. This is just some of what you will be paid. Trash out interior or exterior: $40.00 per cubic yard. Grass cut $40.00 up to 10,000 sq ft after that it goes up. Shrub trimming $79.00 1st 10 feet, trim 8 inch tree first tree, $137.00. Winterizations $90.00 per home. Lock change $60.00 per lock. Padlock $20.00 per lock, Lock box $25.00 per lock box. (I supply your locks.) This is just a small list of what we do to keep the homes secure and safe. You need to have a truck, tools, ladder, and some construction skills. Camera, or phone with camera that can take clear photos, and have the ability to upload your work that you completed on a computer. All photos are sent to my office for processing.
