Currently seeking a Commercial Cleaner For apartment building hallways, and post construction apartment clean ups. Looking to hire someone to help for commercial cleaning jobs at least 2 days a week in the Allison Park area. Cleaning consists of, but is not limited to, dusting, sanitizing, sweeping, and vacuuming Hours are 9-2 Mondays and Tuesdays for sure. Must have commercial cleaning experience and provide resume showing experience AND provide references Apartment building cleanings (hallways and stairs), and also post-remodel Apartment cleanings. Must be able to quickly get up and down stairs (buildings are 3 floors each); and be able to carry things like a vacuum and bag of cleaning product. $15 / hr 2 days a week to start but can have more hours if you are consistent. MUST be professional Must have car or own transportation to get to and from work References Background check Responsibilities: • Complete work in professional atmosphere • 22 Apartment buildings to be cleaned and disinfected weekly • Perform routine preventive cleaning • Sweeping and Vacuuming • Dusting Qualifications: • Previous experience in cleaning/janitorial work • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • Detail-oriented
