Experienced and dependable Quality Assurance/Quality Control technician for 2nd Shift needed for small plastic injection molding company. This position ensures that products meet quality standards and completes inspections and inspection records based on policies and procedures. This is a long-term full-time position. Candidates must be able to spend a training week (paid) working 1st shift (7am-3:30 pm) and then transition to permanent 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) schedule. Qualified candidates will be: Familiar with ISO:9001 practices and procedures, possess strong basic math skills, able work with decimals/fractions with accuracy, have experience using calipers, height gages and optical comparators. Must possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills, fluent in English is a must, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus! Strong computer and data entry skills and comfort using base business programs (Outlook, Excel, Word…) are required to carry out job duties. Must be able to both work independently with minimal oversight and closely with others in a conscientious and constructive manner.
