Hazelnut, is our fifteen year old, white and tan shih tzu - dachshund mix, with charming and distinctive underbite. She went missing yesterday afternoon. She is a member of our family and best friends with our son. She is hard of hearing and sight, she also has dementia, and is not in the best of health. If you see this dog please call us immediately, she requires special care and medication, and cannot eat solid food. Who: Hazelnut is our senior Shih Tzu - Dachshund mix.
