Toenail Trim for my elderly dog

I am looking for someone to trim my elderly, 109 lb, yellow lab's toenails in the back of my 4runner. We had it done once before but the woman couldn't get us back into her schedule. My dog just laid there and the woman was able to hop into the bed of the 4runner. It made it sooo much easier on my 12 year old lab. Am willing to pay $20. Does anyone know someone who can help us out?
