Saturday Handyman - Private Residence

Looking for a regular handyman for general around-the-home assistance. Initial need is 10am-2pm every Saturday. Flexible to Sunday and increasing hours/day if work is good. You should be able to handle the following projects without direct guidance: - Drywall repair - Painting - Hanging pictures - Groundskeeping (weeding, fertilizing, but NOT mowing) - Caulking - Cleanup, organization, and trash removal Assistance with owner on: - Basic electrical work - Basic plumbing tasks - Remodeling tasks - Built-in closet installation - Cabinetry - Furniture building You do not need to provide your own tools, but it is preferrable. Some experience in the above is required. Must be reliable, self-reliant, task oriented, and professional. Must have own transportation to and from residence.
