Job Summary: The Custodian is responsible for general cleanliness of DL4K LLC facilities. We are in search of energetic candidates to complete janitorial services. The incumbent must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively within a team along with working independently and comprehending/following written or verbal directions. The applicant MUST have good and reliable transportation. Interested candidates must have a positive attitude. Serious inquiries only need apply please. Essential Functions: • Scrub, sanitize, sweep and mop floor. • Dispose of trash, clean up spills and replace air fresheners. • Utilize Personal Protective Equipment as needed; notify supervision of repair needs, spills, safety concerns or hazardous situations. • Keep records of maintenance, monitor cleaning supplies, restock supplies in bathrooms and other areas. • Replace trash bags in trash cans and replace soap dispensers and sanitizer bottles • Clean and disinfect all touchable surfaces (door handles, faucets, countertops, mirrors, etc.) • Secure all doors upon completion of cleaning • Knowledge of operating an industrial buffing machine is desirable. Education: - High School Diploma or Equivalent Typical Physical Activity: - Physical Demands consist of standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, working in cramped areas, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, grasping, lifting up to 90 lbs., carrying up to 50 lbs., and stooping. Position requires bending, twisting, lifting (up to 25 pounds), stretching, reaching, and standing for extended periods of time. Qualifications/Education/Work Experience: • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required. • Must pass a criminal background check. • Must have reliable transportation to job location. • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
