Little kitten needs a home

I found a kitten a few days ago out on the street and took it in because its life was obviously in danger where it was. I have attempted to find its owner, but I think it likely does not have one. The kitten is NOT feral, however; it is curious, playful, lets me pick it up and likes to roll around on my shoes and wrap itself around my ankles. I can't keep the kitten because I am very allergic to cats and I have two dogs who are not good with cats. I would love to see it go to a good home as soon as possible. I spent a day on the phone trying to find a no-kill animal shelter that would take it, but no luck so far. I believe the kitten is a male, and it appears healthy. I have observed no sneezing, no coughing, no wheezing and no discharge from nose or eyes. And it is a good eater! I think it was very hungry when I found it, and it dives right in when I serve up cat food. It obviously should go to the vet (PAWS is a good low-cost option) for the basics, including vaccination and a health check, but it should be a great pet for someone. I think it is about three months old, btw; it is small, perhaps 2-3 pounds and maybe 14 inches from its nose to the tip of its tail, but not teensy. The photos I have taken unfortunately are not very good; the kitten is white with black patches and a black tail. lf you think you could give this little guy a good home, let's talk. I am not looking for money, I just want to see the kitten go to someone who can take good care of him.
