This is not for currently experienced mortgage field inspectors already receiving orders from clients. Looking for brand new inspectors to train and work closely with only; as inspections and driving routes are distributed on a daily basis. Job involves determining occupancy of homes, taking multiple photos and submitting multiple choice answers describing each homes appearance and condition in an app. The photos are not stored on your phone. iPhone users only. Computer and printer needed. GPS recommended. Must have a dependable car that gets good gas mileage. You have to be willing to drive long hours and around the greater Tampa Bay area as you become more experienced. Must be able to pass an industry required background check. Pay is per inspection. Like anything else, beginners are understandably slow, but you will get faster and your income increases. Work at your own pace.
