Sweet, Social Chinchilla For Rehome

I’m looking to rehome my male chinchilla. His name is GoGurt(we call him Gurt or Yogi for short). It breaks my heart to give him away but between moving and taking extra classes I haven’t been able to give him the attention and loving he deserves. He will come with his enclosure, wheel, water bottle, hut, food tray, dust bowl, hay, and favorite bed. Asking 400 OBO to ensure he goes to a good home, preferably someone with other chinchillas or who is getting another chinchilla soon. Gurt is very sweet, gentle, and inquisitive. He has a big personality and is very playful and sassy. He’s never bit me, although he does nibble on my fingers and ears affectionately. He doesn’t like being picked up but loves to jump on your head/arms/shoulders. He loves toys and his dust baths. It takes a week or two for him to warm up, but then he’s the sweetest little guy. I adopted him at a shelter in Boulder(they said he’s a 2 y/o). Again it breaks me to have to give him away so I want to ensure that he has a lifelong caretaker who will give him plenty of attention and love.
