Found small black dog

Studio Dr near Hacienda, Cayucos CA

Small black dog, wandering studio /Hacienda Dr. No collar, seems scared but friendly/healthy, just seems a bit frightened (obviously). Has been around this area for a couple of hours, if anyone recognizes him pls let me know and we will try to get him to his rightful owner! Thanks!
