27 year old male. I’ve been playing guitar for 20 years. I’ve played with various bands and groups of musicians over the years but looking to build something that really clicks and has the potential to go further. My ideal situation would be a 4 piece band: drummer, bass, guitar, vocalist, each individually contributing their own talent, but I’m open to other band configurations. One thing for sure is I want to play lead guitar. I have more to offer such as back up vocals, collaborative song writing, rhythm/acoustic guitar, and piano at times, but I want to be the primary/lead guitarist of a band. Not too into covers, would rather come up with original stuff and put art into the world. Very into just jamming and having fun with it and also love poetry and song lyrics. I have an understanding of music theory and would like to work with others that do as well. Some examples of my influences: RHCP, Led Zeppelin, Joe Bonamassa, John Mayer, Dawes, Kings of Leon, just to name a few. I hope that goes to show the kind of music I want to play. I do have a career as an engineer which comes first, but I do have plenty of spare time and let’s just say I’m open minded if opportunities come up. I live in downtown Phoenix. Don’t mind driving. I have a 4Runner I can carry gear with. Looking to start gigging downtown Phoenix or elsewhere in the valley. If I sound like a fit hit me up.
