Description
Looking for rough framing carpenters and laborers. Residential framing. I'm a foreman looking to add to my crew. I desire to hire people willing to learn the trade, that show up every day and aren't afraid to white knuckle or "unga-bunga" the work like the knuckle dragger cavemen me and my men can be but also looking for people that can out-think the work without cheating the quality. It's hard and honest work, but it's rewarding. Work is slowing for many but not for us or our company. Pay is determined not just by knowledge or time in the trade but quality of skill and also by production. If there's something you don't know, you will learn here on my job site whenever possible. Took me 10 years to become a foreman, it's taken some of my men 3 years. It's my goal to teach you my job but it's based on you and your abilities as well as the type of houses we get to build. Our last 2 houses were easy gable to gable single story but the 3 before that were monster 2 stories with radius stairs. If this sounds like a job/career you want, call me. Don't be shy, be honest, be humble. Even I have things I still want to learn or improve on.
