You will be responsible for 2 business locations in Austin near Woodward St. This is about 11 hours of work per week. Schedule is as follows: Monday- After 5pm. Building 1 common area/restrooms only. 30 min of work Tuesday- After 5pm. Building 1 common area/restrooms only. 30 min of work Wednesday- After 5pm. 2 Buildings to be cleaned. 4.5 Hours of work Thursday- After 5pm. Building 1 common area/restrooms only. 30 min of work Friday- After 5pm. 2 Office Buildings. 5 Hours of work *Friday cleans can be completed anytime during the weekend. The pay is $870/Month. Requirements are as follows: Must be able to pass a background check Must have prior office cleaning experience Must have reliable transportation and valid DL and SS card Must be very responsible and pay close attention to detail Must be a self starter and willing to work alone Positive attitude Responsible and Trustworthy Must be able to handle criticism well Job Duties Include: -Vacuum -Mop -Cleaning of Restrooms and Break rooms -Detailed Wiping and Dusting of Desks and Office Furnishings -Disposing of Trash We will provide all necessary equipment and supplies needed. **Email if interested along with your cleaning experience, contact number, as well as why you would be a good addition to our company.
