Swing shift care needed April through November

Hello! I’m a single mother to an almost three year old, seeking care for construction hour shifts for 2023, and going forward. Hours vary day to day, but no more than 14 working hours a day up to 75 hours per week. Sometimes there are night shifts, and I have no definitive start/end times. I work April through November and may also have part time work in winter months. Preferably, I would like a SAHM for care, with good references, that would eventually be available to pick up/drop off from school once my child is school age and keep for hours needed outside schooling hours. My child is mostly potty trained (diapers at night), well mannered, and communicative. Prefer someone near Fitchburg (within 10-15 minutes of McKee and 151).
