Can Anyone Help!

I've been stranded at San Pedro and San Juan for 2 days couldn't get any help there. I've got two herniated discs in my back and bad knees, got fed up of asking for help over there decided to push my car this morning, I made it to Sprouts on Lomas my knees have given out my back can't take it anymore can anybody help me with some gas, me and my dogs are stranded and and can't make it any further. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you and God bless.
