Description

His name is Loki and he’s a Big goofball. He’s very loyal. Probably almost 2.5 up to date on vaccines. DNA test says full cattle dog. I love him and don’t want to rehome him. He knows commands and is generally a very respectful dog. He loves to be active but he also loves to cuddle and be loved on. He’s a very affectionate heeler. He’s a working dog and needs to be somewhere he isn’t cooped up all day. He attaches like Velcro to his people. He’ll go play with other dogs when we’re in the yard or at the dog park but he never gets too far from his person. Originally I took him in as a rescue/foster from a bad situation just hoping I could make it work with him until I found him a permanent home. I have to move and I can’t find somewhere I can afford that will let me bring a bigger younger dog. I’m also working so much that he’s always kenneled and I feel bad for him if he could be getting more somewhere else He gets along well with other dogs and loves going to the dog park and is the type to avoid a fight if he can. He loves to play. He really is a good dog. He loves toys and his flirt pole and I’ll even send that with him. He will probably be anxious for the first few days he’s away from me. Sometimes he barks in the kennel if left alone but not all the time. That’s really his only flaw I’ve left him loose in a bedroom without destruction He’s a great dog and deserves a great family. He’s lived with my special needs cat with no issues and had some play dates with a friends dog, who also has cats and never bothered them. He does seem to want to chase them if he is loose outside and comes across one.He has a great off button though and can be called off easily. He gets groomed regularly and is good for bathing blowdrying and nail grinding. One of his quirks is he smells your hair whenever he can which I think is cute. I call him Biden because of it lol He has been around kids age 7 and up and hasn’t had an issue.
