Swap Main Battery on Audi / VW

Vehicle: 2015 Audi Q3 Quattro Battery: It's easily accessible in the engine bay, not under the seat or trunk like many others. I have no problem paying for an OEM Battery from the dealer. If you know the best source/price for the same part, let me know. I just want it swapped out and the Energy Management System to be properly "rescanned" via ECU/ODB tool.
