'Sunday Gravy', Barbacoa prepared in the French process, family style meals with a healthy and full flavored edge on the tired local offerings of burgers, truffle fries, 3rd rate sinewy beef and soggy flatbreads • *Business model/product has the potential to translate to be a local source/copacker to local restaurants who lack the talent or general knowledge to create foundation dishes of the highest quality.
