Talented chef and menu developer seeking an investor, partner and/or existing restaurant to
collaborate with to fill the local need of:
• consistent, high quality and 'way above board' product to cater to the burgeoning demand for premium product in Manhattan Beach
• Limited, consistent and approachable breakfast fare
• lunch options for locals and contracted/construction trades that is good enough to easily translate to anytime dinner fare
• Limited seating supper club events
• Pre-prepared foods that nobody in town is creating (I.e. 'Sunday Gravy', Barbacoa prepared in the French process, family style meals with a healthy and full flavored edge on the tired local offerings of burgers, truffle fries, 3rd rate sinewy beef and soggy flatbreads
• *Business model/product has the potential to translate to be a local source/copacker to local restaurants who lack the talent or general knowledge to create foundation dishes of the highest quality.
I come with:
• experience (Four sSeasons, Patina, Pacific Islands Club Saipan)
• 70% of the equipment
• Ability to train new hires
