“ The Blue North Band” is a 5 piece classic rock act with a dynamic female lead vocalist and a keyboard player who also sings! Our members are from nearby NJ, NY, we love to entertain and are all seasoned musicians. We have a good mix of popular classic rock tunes from the 1960’s to the 1990’s. Requirements: Advanced skills, gear needed for gigging, ready to set up and play to show us what you got, good stage presence, love music, love performing, open to original music, think creatively, 45+ age, well rounded, no bad habits, no hidden agendas, vocals a plus. We usually rehearse on Wednesday nights, this is a no drama atmosphere, WE DON'T DO DRAMA, WE DON'T DO HIGH MAINTENANCE. Any song request by a musician is always taken into consideration so you'll never have to feel shut down or treated transparently. We are talented musicians who enjoy performing and sharing the joy of music with others who enjoy listening.
