Are you training for The Detroit Free Press Half/Full Marathon or another fall event? Join us for our LONG group run where we will run 18 Miles or 9 Miles .
There will be PACERS leading groups on a marked & mapped route targeting 8 min mile / 8:30 min mile, 9 min mile / 9:30 min mile, 10 min mile / 10:30 min mile, 11 min mile / 11:30 min mile and 12 min mile / 12:30 min mile. There will be on-course hydration stations, and a post run hydration, fuel and recovery station.
Covid Safety precautions will be taken.
Meet us outside of lululemon at the main/center entrance to Somerset Collection's South Side at 7:30am.
