Our 70th Anniversary Platinum Jazz Jubilee will be taking place at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center inside the Cherry Blossom Ballroom, located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the beautiful Potomac River from the atrium area. Please dress appropriately in evening attire which consists of suits with a tie or bow tie for men, and formal/cocktail style dresses or gowns for women. The program will consist of a cocktail reception (cash bar), seated buffet meal, award presentations, live entertainment, door prizes, anniversary tribute gift. There will be a special performance by youth artists from the Washington Jazz Arts Institute; 'Tribute to the Arc' given by The Arc Prince George's County Executive Director Rob Malone; musical performance by the Davey Yarborough Jazz Ensemble; a 'Salute to Our Honorees' segment; guest soloist Esther Williams; as well as other fun stuff!
