Apartment building FULL TIME Maintenance/Repair/Handyman/Cleaning person to complete work orders which refer to building rental studio units. MONDAY-SATURDAY. 35-40 HOURS/WEEK. Applicant must have prior experience with maintenance related work in an apartment building, be punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and able to communicate with management. SALARY- VERY Competitive with the industry. Experience and knowledge will be viewed accordingly and reflect on hourly wages. PAID HOLIDAYS.
