Williams Energy is a full-service energy supply and service company delivering heating oil, propane, and other fuels to residential customers as well as offering plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. Our primary headquarters is in Braintree and we have a satellite office in Marshfield. Our company has been in business since 1919 and our service area is the greater South Shore region of Massachusetts. Our mission is to supply HVAC and plumbing needs to South Shore area homeowners in a reliable, convenient, and professional manner.
We are currently seeking new full-time employees to fill office customer service roles at our Braintree office. These roles are involved in our office and business administration operations. Experience within the customer service field is preferred with additional preference for HVAC/trades experience, but we are willing to train and educate the right candidate(s).
Customer Service Representative Duties:
• Help answer general phone calls
• Print work orders and help handle scheduling queue
• Assist customers in all general inquires
• Assist office manager in general office tasks
• Work with dispatchers for efficient scheduling
• Book preventive maintenance appointments
• Make outbound calls to service plan customers
• Work on our CRM platform and Microsoft apps
• Report to our Office Manager
