Iron Kim Self Defense is a beginner program teaching safe and effective movements that anyone can learn. Participants will learn how to safely use their body to put an attacker on the defense.
Self Defense Techniques will consist of:
How to react against punches, grabs from behind and throat attacks using movements that leverage your strength.Techniques to stay calm and focused under pressured situationsStretching and strengthening exercises to condition the bodyFirst time participants should plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. Preferred attire: loose fitting clothing that you can move around in comfortably.
