She will start the morning with a gorgeous intimate brunch while you learn how to personally brand yourself & your work. She will talk about the ebbs & flows that her business faced during Covid and why she believes that the beauty industry will be stronger than ever over the next year. We will start the morning off with an intimate brunch and talk about life behind the chair. Then you will join her with a hands on live model while you learn how to work quick & efficient with foil placement. Tara will cover how to pick the right shade for your client, how to charge accordingly, how to make those after pictures pop & how to create lasting relationships with clients that will keep them coming back to your salon because they believe in your brand!
