Hello! We're hosting two private parties (about 45 people at each) at a bookstore on the Lower East Side and an apartment building in the Financial District, and are looking for someone with experience in event coordination to oversee the logistics of the event (such as making sure food is picked up from restaurants we're getting catering from, that we have ice, cups, and other incidental supplies if we run out, etc.), and to generally do a walk-through with us to make sure that everything will run smoothly, then to help set up, oversee, and clean up after the events. Each event is 7pm - Midnight, Saturday, Sep. 3 and Sunday, Sep. 4. Experience in event management necessary. Must be fully vaccinated.
