Description

Fon means "deep" in Haitian Creole. We created this supper club as a platform to highlight the "depth" of culture in food from the entire African diaspora fused with subtle Creole techniques and ingredients. This dinner series is one of many ways we are spreading the word about our Grand Opening around Mardi Gras 2023!
