We’re looking for someone flexible and has a desire to grow their business. They preferably have a team of 1 or more people who they can train to do the job in their absence. They enjoy cleaning and shopping for supplies. Punctual, and motivated to go above and beyond and pay keen attention to details. They will need to be organized with calendars, following instructions because these qualities will be the basis for more work with more properties and higher pay. You must be available everyday from 10 AM to 3 PM. You won’t have to work every day but you must be willing to work on any day of the week. You will be taking care of an Airbnb. That means more frequent trips to the property, linens, inventory, and of good moral character. The apartment is 600 square feet, one bed and one bathroom. However, it needs someone who will care for it as if they lived there. Your responsibilities: Linens Laundry Cleaning and dusting all surfaces Cleaning inside ovens and cabinets Dishwashing Bathroom cleaning Carpet cleaning (if necessary) Trash disposal Staging freebies for guests Purchasing inventory as needed Assigning access codes for guests
