Found B&W Cat Lost Long Time

Huge black and white cat. Unsure if male or female, but I’m quite sure this poor kitty once had a loving home, and became lost at least 6 months ago - or maybe over a year. It’s a senior kitty, and been surviving (mostly hiding) under the foundation of a building. Absolutely terrified. Working on building trust to get him or her into a vet to be scanned for a microchip. It’s in the area of south Commercial, Fred Meyer, Browning, and 12th Street cutoff. Praying it can be reunited with its family, or find a loving foster.
