Dozens of small businesses will host wine tastings all along the Main-Dempster Mile. They'll dress up their space to celebrate a good cause and you'll get to sample some excellent wine. ALSO ON SALE: TASTE OF THE MILESeptember 8th, 5:30pm-7:30pm, Binny's Evanston, 1111 Chicago Ave Tickets for the "Taste of the Mile" Wine Walk Preview Party, (happening one week before the Wine Walk on September 8th) will feature bites from great restaurants all over the neighborhood and wine tastings from Binny's. Mix, mingle and get excited for the Wine Walk while celebrating some of the amazing food we have to choose from here in Southeast Evanston! THE WINE WALK IS FOR A GOOD CAUSEThis year's event benefits Puerta Abierta Preschool, a Spanish immersion preschool in Southeast Evanston. 100% of profits will be donated to this wonderful local non-profit.
