We can't wait to introduce our special flavor of fitness to all the new squadmates and to share the joy of dancing with poms with you and our seasoned squadmates! PomSquad Fitness is a superfun, high energy, low stress, hyperinclusive dance fitness format where we dance to today's hits and yesterday's favorites. You'll be dancing, prancing, jumping and shaking your poms so much, you won't even notice that you've been sweating buckets and making your body stronger, more agile and you did it with an amazing community!
