Come join a FREE workout class with Dr. Tara Hall who is a local Irvine Chiropractor that specializes in movement!
Dress in comfortable clothing you can move in. If you do not want to lay in the grass bring your own mat or towel. Please bring water to stay hydrated!
For the kettlebell workout bring your own, or message us if you would like us to provide one for you! The Mobility class and HIIT training will be body weight only, no additional weight or bands necessary.
We will be located at Great Irvine Park near the Great Park Balloon near parking lot 3. Please arrive slightly early as the classes will start at 9am sharp! If you are unable to attend in person, no worries we will broadcast the workout on IG live @drtarahall
The Mobility class is for beginners or all training experience and will be held on Saturday, August 20th.
The Kettlebell workout is for intermediate and above training experience and will be held on Saturday, August 27th.
The HIIT class is also for beginners or all training experience and will be held on Saturday, September 3rd.
