You gave me some rolling tennis shoes which could have easily been glass slippers, and you told me where magic apples grew. Do you remember? You were enthusiastic and excited to take a new job with the Railroad, somewhere in South Dakota. Your truck pulled away so quickly, and I felt so empty. We needed to speak about a few things; I never got your name, and I regret it still. I hope I can speak with you again someday.
