Join Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) for our Spring Golf Tournament where we welcome Tom Kovacic from Tavistock Development as our guest speaker. Prizes will be given to the first place team, longest drive, closest to the pin, play includes multiple hole in one challenges and putting contest. Please check ticket options for sponsorship opportunities. Speaker Bio: Tom currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager with Tavistock Development. In this role, Tom has full construction oversight working as the owner’s representative for the Lake Nona, Florida Town center Medical Office Building along with other diverse commercial construction projects in the Lake Nona area. Other projects include, Infinity Retail Park, Lake Nona Station Retail, and the Lake Nona Performance Club. Tom has over 22 years of construction experience and has held high level operational responsibilities with such firms as Balfour Beatty Construction, Jones, Lang, LaSalle as well as Tavistock Development. While at Balfour Beatty Construction, Tom worked on the Disney Animal Kingdom Expansion, where he was the project manager for Tiffin’s Restaurant. Tom is a graduate of the Building Construction Program at the University of Cincinnati, where he focused on the complex processes of commercial construction. Tom lives in Delaney Park with his wife Jenny and two children Hannah and Landon. My wife and I enjoy traveling the world and running ½ marathons. They have traveled to Italy, Egypt and Ireland. They also volunteer their time with Give Kids the World and Best Buddies.
