Yellow Lab needs rehoming

My parents are having to move quickly due to personal reasons and are down sizing a ton. They are needing to rehome their 5 year old male, yellow lab, ollie. he is neutered, has had previous training but does need refreshers. He would be best as the only dog in the home, but is perfect with cats. He does have anxiety around new people but is very loving when he warms up to you. He is not completely dog aggressive, he does fine around other dogs as long as he is given time to warm up to them. We are asking a 50$ rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home. text 706six803935
