Abandoned kittens

I have three kittens that were abandoned in my barn. I had seen the mother a few times and would check on them every now and then but this evening I found that two out of the litter were dead and the three remaining ones were thin and weak. I fed them some goat milk to try to keep them alive but if there is someone with the time to take and rehabilitate them please get ahold of me. I live outside of marietta Ohio but could meet in Marietta or in Lowell to give them to you.
