LONGTERM handyman needed for various projects at home & business locations in Tamarac / downtown Fort Lauderdale. Schedule: 4-5 days week 9-5 or 10-6 / weekends on call Paid weekly @ $15-17/hr + PERKS including : - FREE monthly massage or facial @ luxury spa credit for you or special someone - Gas Allowance $100 - Free Lunches periodically ———————————— Tasks include but not limited to: -Light electrical- installing fixtures etc. -Yard work- killing weeds, mowing grass, cleaning hot tub -A/c Maintenence- change filters etc -Heavy lifting of boxes / furniture -Washing vehicles -Home Depot runs to pick up supplies -Garbage Removal -Painting Must have basic tools however speciality tools will be provided. REQUIREMENTS: - Years of Experience MUST HAVE TOOLS - A valid Driver License - MUST Own a Car or Truck (please list which) - Drug free & Clean background check - Accept payment via check You will be working in a all female business/ household, please send a photo with your submission & be comfortable with a background check.
